Refill Request Form

The Cayman Islands Hospital Pharmacy offers online pharmacy refills, WhatsApp refills (925-6534) as well as a convenient refill dropbox outside the main pharmacy. Pick-up locations available at Cayman Islands Hospital Pharmacy or for civil servants at the Government Administration Building.  Refills may also be called in between 9:00am – 5:00pm 345-244-2715 or 345-244-2716.

CINICO and private insurance members with full coverage should pick up REFILLS at our Smith Road Centre Pharmacy, 1st floor.  Refills may also be called in to Smith Road Centre between 9:00am – 5:30pm  345-244-7542.

Drop off, WhatsApp and online refill requests is only available for prescriptions that have refills remaining. If you require a new prescription, please contact your doctor.
