Refill Request Form

The HSA Pharmacy offers online pharmacy refills, WhatsApp refills (925-6534) as well as a convenient refill dropbox outside the hospital pharmacy.

Pick-up locations for refills are available at the Smith Road Pharmacy or for civil servants at the Government Administration Building.

**Refills are now processed exclusively at Smith Road Pharmacy (no refill pick-up at the hospital). Refills may also be called in between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm at (345) 244-2715 or (345) 244-2716.

PHARMACY HOURS
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Drop-off, WhatsApp (925-6534), and online refill requests are only available for prescriptions that have refills remaining. If you require a new prescription, please contact your doctor.
