Diabetes Education Clinic

A Diabetes Education Clinic is available in half-hour sessions at the General Practice Clinic at Smith Road Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm to 4pm. 

Persons are empowered to manage diabetes through lifestyle modification (diet and exercise), medication adherence, prevention of complications, and blood glucose monitoring.
