Lions Eye Clinic
The Lions Eye Clinic offers a comprehensive range of general ophthalmic services from a modern facility located next to the Dental Clinic on the Cayman Islands Hospital site. These services include an appointment outpatient clinic with Argon and YAG laser, Humphrey visual field analyzer, digital fundus photography, ocular ultrasound and Hess chart.
We perform minor procedures such as chalazion removal in the outpatient setting and local and general anaesthetic procedures such as cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery and pterygium surgery in the hospital’s main operating theatre.

Hours
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Patients with particular needs can be allocated to specific clinic days:
- Monday p.m. – Paediatric Clinic
- Tuesday a.m. – Glaucoma Clinic Wednesday – Diabetes Clinic (all day)
- Thursday a.m. – General Clinic
- Friday a.m. – Post Operative Patients and General Clinic
